New Phytologist next generation scientists 2022 meeting

This year the New Phytologist next generation scientists' meeting took place on 19th-22nd July here in Tartu, and from our workgroup Diego and Enrico participated in this great event. Both presented their recent findings in a poster presentation. Enrico showed the results on the topic 'A synthetic evaluation of global plant diversity facets highlights the relative roles of historical, environmental and anthropogenic factors'. Diego's poster was about 'Observed and dark diversity dynamics over millennial time-scales: fast-life history traits linked to expansion lags of plants in Northern Europe'. Diego was also one of the winners for the best poster award!
