New paper about seed dispersal distances

24.04.2019

Riin was a co-author on a new publication about the latitudinal gradient in seed dispersal distances. They collected available georeferenced data about seed dispersal distances in the literature and found that species near the equator tend to disperse their seeds further than plants in the temperate region. The study is a collaboration between previous colleagues at the University of New South Wales in Australia.
