Anafi Island makes the cover photo of Plant Biology

Main flowering season in the Aegean islands starts as early as in February or March and is completed by June. In pp. 176–183 Petanidou et al. show that in the Aegean climate change will affect not only the richness of flowering plants and their pollinators, but also plant–pollinator interaction networks in a direct way. These islands and other in the Mediterranean harbour a diverse and sensitive flora to human induced changes, as Traveset & Navarro in pp. 63–77 explain in detail.
